Every lodge at Bawtry is built to a residential specification, BS 3632. That is the official British Standard for park homes and luxury lodges, and it is the line between a lodge built for summer and one built to be warm and comfortable all year round.
What does BS 3632 actually mean for you? Higher construction quality throughout: superior insulation, domestic-grade double glazing and thicker, better-built walls, the same British Standard used for residential park homes. In short, a lodge made for comfortable use right through the year, not just the warm months.
Central heating, a proper fitted kitchen and full-height rooms do the rest, so the only thing that changes through the year is the view from your decking.
