Terms of use
Last updated 13 August 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. Please read them. By using the site, you accept them.
Who we are
This website is operated by Bawtry Lodge Country Park Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14966501, with its registered office at Douglas Bank House, Wigan Lane, Wigan, WN1 2TB. You can contact us on 01302 315353 or at [email protected].
Using this website
You are welcome to browse the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, to find out about the park and the lodges we have for sale. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, disrupt it, or copy large parts of it automatically.
Lodge details, prices and availability
We work hard to keep the information about our lodges accurate and up to date, and we show a price and an availability status on every lodge. Even so, the details, prices, specifications, images and availability on this website are for general guidance only. They are not an offer to sell and they do not form part of any contract. They can change, and there may occasionally be an error, so nothing you see here is a binding quote. A sale is only agreed once it is confirmed in writing between you and us.
Sending us an enquiry, booking a viewing or requesting a brochure is simply a way of getting in touch. It does not reserve a lodge or commit you to buying one.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them elsewhere without our agreement.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this website with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will always be available or completely free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Your privacy
How we handle the personal information you give us is explained in our privacy policy, and our use of cookies in our cookie policy.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
